Job Summary

You will manage project operations by conducting site surveys, designing proposals, coordinating deliveries, and liaising with customers to ensure timely completion and handover of projects.

Responsibilities

• Conduct site surveys to assess customer requirements and project conditions
• Develop detailed design proposals tailored to customer needs
• Plan and schedule project tasks aligned with contractual timelines
• Coordinate delivery of goods with suppliers and storage facilities to ensure timely availability
• Manage daily operational activities to maintain smooth project execution
• Liaise with customers to obtain approvals for plans and drawings, resolve issues, and communicate progress
• Attend site meetings and inspections to monitor project status and report updates
• Prepare and submit monthly project reports to Project Manager and customers
• Coordinate project handover with customers, including delivery of all relevant documentation

Required competencies and certifications

• Diploma or ITE certification in Mechanical, IT, Project, Building Service Engineering, Electrical & Electronics Engineering, or equivalent

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in Structured Cabling System
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
• Strong customer management and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work effectively under tight schedules
• Willingness to travel overseas
• Fresh graduates and entry-level candidates are welcome to apply
