Talent coordinator /Social Media (Media Entertainment)

Key Responsibilities (Talent Manager):

• Recruit and manage a portfolio of talents for suitable media projects and assignments across commercials, events, film, TV, social media, and other print & video media in the entertainment industry.
• Source, cultivate, and manage relationships with new and current clients independently.
• Manage multiple projects daily, adopting a proactive approach to resolve client challenges and recommend solutions in real-time.
• Personally oversee the growth of agency talents, including grooming, contract negotiation, marketing and imaging, talent development and promotion, multimedia opportunities, networking, and casting.
• Manage social media accounts for influencers, coordinating with talents to grow online engagement and strategize content that aligns with their brand and current industry trends.
• Inspire and guide the internal team to deliver best-in-class responses to clients.
• Achieve company-set revenue KPIs.
