Senior AI Engineer (AI Systems)

About the Company

Our client is a high-growth AI company AI solutions helping enterprises improve efficiency, they are looking for a Senior AI Engineer to drive the design and delivery of production-grade AI systems.

Job Responsibilities

• Design and build production-ready, modular AI systems deployable across cloud (AWS / GCP / Azure) or on-prem environments
• Translate complex business / retail requirements into scalable and reusable system components
• Integrate AI / ML models into robust, real-world production systems
• Drive system architecture design including microservices, APIs, and distributed systems
• Improve engineering practices across DevOps / MLOps / code quality / testing standards
• Conduct code reviews and support team members to ensure engineering excellence and scalability
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact AI-driven solutions

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science / AI / Operations Research or related fields
• More than 3+ years of experience in AI / ML engineering or backend/software engineering
• Strong experience in building and deploying production-grade systems
• Proficient in Python
• Strong experience in system design, microservices, and API architecture
• Hands-on experience with Cloud platforms (AWS / GCP / Azure), Containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), CI/CD pipelines
• Solid database experience in SQL (MySQL / PostgreSQL) & NoSQL (MongoDB etc.)
• Experience with testing frameworks (e.g. PyTest)
• Experience in AI model deployment / MLOps / orchestration tools (Airflow / Prefect / Ray etc.)
• Exposure to data visualization / reporting tools (Tableau, Holistics etc.)
