Shop Sales Assistant

Job Responsibilities

• Drive sales at the designated ID counter across assigned retail outlets.
• Conduct daily stock counts and record total daily sales accurately.
• Ensure all sales transactions are properly processed by verifying transactions with customers and cashiers.
• Reconcile stock sold against inventory records and investigate any discrepancies.
• Adhere to all store policies, procedures, and the Sales Representative Code of Conduct.
• Follow instructions from the Sales Manager regarding work schedules, sales targets, and operational requirements.
• Build and maintain positive working relationships with store managers, cashiers, and fellow vendor sales representatives.
• Maintain up-to-date product knowledge, including existing and newly launched products, to provide customers with accurate information and suitable recommendations.
• Provide good customer service and actively promote products to achieve assigned sales targets.

Job Requirements

• Minimum 1 years of relevant experience in retail, sales industry.
• Sales-driven, proactive, and customer-focused.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Comfortable working in a retail outlet environment and handling daily sales and inventory-related tasks.
