Are you a passionate Ballet Teacher with professional dance experience, or a Diploma or Degree in Dance, who is ready to share your knowledge, inspire dancers, and continue growing as an educator?

At M.A BALLET, we are looking for a Full-Time Ballet Teacher to join our teaching team in Singapore.

We welcome applicants who have built their knowledge through professional dance and performance experience OR formal dance education. What matters most to us is that you have a strong foundation in classical ballet and a genuine passion for passing your knowledge on to your students.

We are looking for someone who loves teaching and believes that great ballet training goes beyond simply teaching steps. We want our students to understand how to move, why technique matters, and how they can continue improving.

You will work with both children and adults, creating thoughtful, engaging and age-appropriate classes while supporting students through their individual dance journeys.

Your Role

As a Ballet Teacher, you will:

• Plan and teach engaging ballet classes for children and adults
• Create exercises appropriate for different ages, abilities and levels
• Teach classical ballet technique with care and attention to detail
• Give clear, constructive and encouraging corrections
• Help students develop strong technique, musicality, artistry and confidence
• Prepare and guide students for performances, competitions and other opportunities
• Contribute creatively to choreography and school productions
• Participate in rehearsals, performances and school events
• Collaborate with our teaching team, exchange ideas and contribute to the continued development of our programmes

We Would Love to Meet You If You:

• Have professional dance/performance experience OR hold a Diploma or Degree in Dance
• Have strong training and knowledge in classical ballet
• Can confidently plan your own classes and create appropriate exercises
• Understand how to adapt your teaching for different ages, abilities and learning needs
• Enjoy explaining the finer details of ballet technique and helping students understand how to improve
• Are patient, encouraging, responsible and professional
• Enjoy working collaboratively and sharing ideas with other teachers
• Are passionate about helping both recreational and aspiring dancers reach their potential
• Are looking for a full-time teaching position
