Customer Experience Officer

We are looking for a friendly, energetic, and service-oriented Customer Experience Officer to support daily centre operations, engage with students and parents, and drive enrolment growth through excellent customer service and soft-selling skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide warm and professional front-desk customer service to students, parents, and walk-in enquiries
• Handle course enquiries, class registrations, scheduling, and payments
• Build strong relationships with parents and students to enhance customer experience and retention
• Recommend suitable music programmes and support enrolment conversions
• Support daily centre operations and administrative duties
• Coordinate lesson schedules, teacher arrangements, and classroom utilisation
• Assist in centre events, performances, workshops, and promotional activities
• Handle customer feedback and resolve issues promptly and professionally

Requirements

• Minimum GCE N/O Level, Diploma, or equivalent
• Prior experience in customer service, retail, education, enrichment, or sales environment preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Comfortable interacting with children, parents, and students
• Service-oriented with good sales and customer engagement skills
• Able to work on both weekends
• Willing to work at different centres across Singapore when required
