Job Summary

You will support bakery operations by accurately preparing dough and fillings, troubleshooting dough issues, shaping and baking products according to procedures, and maintaining cleanliness and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Learn and apply the bakery department’s operation processes to support daily production
• Accurately weigh ingredients and check dough extensibility to follow the daily mixing schedule
• Identify dough characteristics and troubleshoot issues to ensure consistent quality
• Measure and portion fillings correctly, roll and shape dough without damage, following established procedures
• Follow baking procedures precisely to produce baked goods that meet quality standards
• Weigh fillings accurately and monitor expiration dates to ensure food safety
• Follow sanitation and cleaning procedures to maintain a hygienic bakery environment
• Perform ad-hoc duties assigned by the manager, including housekeeping tasks
