Job Summary

Preventive Maintenance Technician responsible for troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining food production equipment to ensure smooth operations and compliance with hygiene and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and repair food production equipment to minimize downtime and maintain production flow
• Execute emergency breakdown protocols promptly to restore equipment functionality
• Clean and maintain equipment hygiene after installation and repairs to meet production standards
• Coordinate and collate maintenance work, collaborating with contractors when necessary
• Comply with cleanliness and safety regulations during equipment setup and maintenance
• Perform ad-hoc duties as required to support maintenance operations
• Apply basic electrical and refrigeration knowledge to maintain equipment performance
• Prepare detailed maintenance reports and records related to assigned work

Required competencies and certifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in maintenance work and engineering, preferably in food manufacturing
• “O” Level / NTC3 or NITEC certification in Mechanical Engineering
• Willingness to work shifts and learn new skills
