HR Executive / Senior HR Executive (Recruitment & Operations)

About the Role

We are seeking a proactive and resourceful HR Executive / Senior Executive specializing in mass recruitment and ground workforce operations. If you have experience in the cleaning, facilities, or hospitality sectors and have a strong track record of recruiting local operational workers, we want to speak with you!

Key Responsibilities

Local Mass Sourcing: Drive active recruitment for local operational workers—including cleaners, stewards, housekeepers, and site staff.

Community & Partner Outreach: Leverage local channels, including e2i, WSG, Community Clubs (CCs), self-help groups, local job fairs, and personal networks to build a steady candidate pipeline.

Ground-Level Recruitment: Conduct interviews, walk-in recruitment sessions, and site hiring drives to quickly fill operational vacancies.

Operations Coordination: Work directly with site managers and supervisors to manage roster shortfalls, shift coverage, and worker onboarding.

Retention & Relations: Act as the main point of contact for operational staff, addressing ground grievances, payroll queries, and attendance issues to boost retention.

MOM & PWM Compliance: Handle operational hiring administration in accordance with MOM guidelines, Progressive Wage Model (PWM) standards, and TAFEP requirements.

Job Requirements

Experience: 1–3 years of hands-on recruitment or operational HR experience, strictly within Cleaning Services, Facilities Management, or Hotel/Hospitality.

Local Sourcing Network: Proven ability to source and hire local blue-collar workers efficiently.

Operational Mindset: Highly adaptable, resourceful, and comfortable visiting sites or handling ground-level recruitment drives.

Regulatory Familiarity: Practical knowledge of MOM labor laws, PWM requirements, and local hiring subsidies.

Communication Skills: Strong interpersonal skills. Conversational ability in local dialects, Mandarin, or Malay is a plus for connecting with ground staff.
