Job Summary

SG Pet Pharmacy seeks a hands-on Part-Time Marketing & E-Commerce Operations Associate to drive brand growth and manage daily online business operations, including marketing campaigns, content creation, order processing, inventory, and website management.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute targeted marketing campaigns across social media, email, paid ads, SEO, and other digital channels to increase brand awareness and customer acquisition
• Develop and manage engaging content such as social media posts, campaign creatives, product listings, and promotional materials to support marketing initiatives
• Identify and establish partnership, referral, and co-marketing opportunities; track and analyze campaign performance to optimize marketing results
• Oversee daily e-commerce operations including updating product listings, managing pricing and promotions, and maintaining website content accuracy
• Coordinate order processing, inventory management, fulfilment, and delivery logistics with suppliers and internal teams to ensure smooth operations
• Monitor website and operational systems for issues, troubleshoot basic problems promptly, and recommend workflow and customer experience improvements

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Experience using Canva, e-commerce platforms, digital marketing tools, or content creation software
• Proficiency with social media platforms, spreadsheets, and other digital tools to support marketing and operational tasks
• Strong written communication skills with attention to detail and a proactive, independent work approach
• Genuine interest in marketing, e-commerce, and/or the pet industry
