Patient Care Officer

We are looking for a Patient Care Officer to join our dental clinic team and be the friendly first point of contact for our patients.

What You’ll Do

• Welcome and assist patients with a warm and professional attitude
• Manage appointments, patient enquiries, calls and messages
• Handle patient registration, payments and basic administrative duties
• Coordinate patient flow and support smooth daily clinic operations
• Follow up on appointments and treatment-related matters when required
• Work closely with dentists and dental assistants to deliver a positive patient experience

What We’re Looking For

• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Friendly, patient and service-oriented
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced clinic environment
• Good organisational and administrative skills
• Comfortable using computers and clinic systems
• Healthcare, dental, customer service or front-desk experience is an advantage
• Training will be provided for candidates without prior dental experience
• Willing to work rostered shifts, including evenings and weekends
