Dental Clinic Counter

Location: Tampines, Bedok, Multiple Clinics
Employment Type: Full-time / Part-time
Working Hours: 5.5 days / Rotating shifts

Luminous Dental Group is a modern, patient-focused dental group committed to delivering quality care in a professional yet friendly setting. As our clinics continue to grow, we are looking for a dedicated and service-oriented Counter Staff to join our front desk team.

Job Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist patients warmly and professionally
• Handle patient registration, appointment scheduling, and follow-ups
• Respond promptly to phone calls, WhatsApp, and online enquiries
• Manage billing, payments, and claims (e.g., CHAS, Medisave, insurance)
• Maintain a neat, organized front desk and waiting area
• Support daily clinic operations and coordinate with clinical staff
• Perform basic administrative duties and accurate record keeping

Job Requirements

• Preferably with clinic or customer service experience
• Friendly, proactive, and service-minded
• Good communication skills in English (additional languages a plus)
• Able to work on weekends and shifts (based on clinic operations)
• Tech-savvy; familiar with clinic management systems (training provided)
• Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn
