ADMIN ASSISTANT

JOB SCOPE:

1.Handle office admin duties, incoming / outgoing calls, emails, filing, data entry, stocks, reports and correspondence

2.Maintain employee personal files, database, filing system for documents, contracts, inventory and order office supplies

3.Manage full cycle of WP/S Pass/EP/Insurance/Passport/Course applications and renewals

4.Track employee attendance, leave, MC and overtime records

5.Handle medical checkups, insurance, and MOM compliance

6.Assist in staff onboarding, offboarding, and pass applications

7.Collect and verify staff claims and process petty cash

8.Manage full cycle of vehicle insurance, LTA road tax and inspections renewals, vehicle servicing/repairs and track deliveries

9.Liaise with LTA for vehicle fines and ensure all vehicles and staff have valid documents

10.Follow up with suppliers, customers and raise Purchase Orders and get quotations from vendors

11.Responsible for daily routine checks and maintaining the general cleanliness of office.

12.Follow driver with outside duties for delivery of materials/documents

REQUIREMENTS:

1. Ability to independent works and lift heavy materials and equipment.

2. Preferred for men the position.

3. Have relates working experiances.

4. Diploma / degrees qualification on Business Administration needed.
