Paralegal (Corporate) | International Law Firm

Our client, a reputable international law firm is seeking a Paralegal to join its Corporate practice. This role offers exposure to complex cross-border transactions and fund structures, providing an excellent platform for professional growth within a dynamic practice.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist lawyers with the preparation, review, and management of transaction documents.
• Assist on ACRA searches and filings and conducting legal research and benchmarking exercises
• Support due diligence processes and maintain transaction checklists, corporate approvals and other ancillary documents.
• Liaise with clients, counterparties, and regulatory authorities.
• Manage filing, document organization, and database maintenance.

What We’re Looking For

• Prior paralegal experience, ideally within corporate, investment funds, or banking & finance practices.
• Strong research, drafting, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and legal document management systems.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and a strong team player.
