Job Description:

• Reporting directly to the Head of Safety Unit and his safety officers, he/she shall provide necessary administrative support to the Safety Unit, whilst coordinating closely with the company Project Managers.
• Assist to plan, coordinate, scheduling of safety & related meetings, briefings, Safety Time Outs, inspections etc.
• Assist to update and maintain safety-related documentation such as weekly and monthly WSH reports, dashboards, safety performance reports, risk assessments, safe work procedures, inspection checklists, incident reports, MOM audit records, etc
• Assist to monitor and track timely and accurate submission, filing, and tracking of all WSH documentations from project sites
• Support Safety officers on internal and external audits, site inspections, and MOM inspections by preparing and providing the necessary documentation.
• Perform any other ad-hoc duties and administrative tasks assigned by the Safety Head.

Job Requirements

• Minimum GCE ‘O’ Level qualification. Candidates with at least 2 years of administrative experience within the construction industry will have an advantage.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Familiar with Singapore MOM statutory requirements, workplace safety and health regulations, environmental practices, and construction safety procedures.
• Strong attention to detail with excellent document control and record management skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Able to manage multiple tasks, prioritize work effectively, and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced construction environment.

Work place - mostly HQ office located at Enterprise Road with occasional travel to project sites for safety meetings.
