Sales Executive (Indoor | Office Hour)

💤 About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and personable Sales Executive (Indoor | Office Hour) to join our growing sleep solutions team. You will be based in our local studio, helping customers find the perfect mattress, adjustable bed, and bed frame to suit their needs. In addition to sales, you will also support light administrative tasks in the office.

🛏️ What You’ll Do

Sales

• Greet and consult walk-in customers in the studio.
• Understand customer needs (sleep habits, space, budget) and recommend suitable products.
• Explain product features, warranty, delivery, and after-sales care.
• Close sales and follow up on leads (walk-ins, calls, online enquiries).
• Maintain showroom tidiness and product displays.

Administrative Support

• Process sales orders, invoices, and delivery schedules.
• Coordinate with logistics team on customer deliveries and installations.
• Handle customer service follow-ups (e.g., delivery timing, exchange/returns).
• Perform general office duties: filing, data entry, answering calls, ordering supplies.

✅ What We’re Looking For

• Sales-driven with a friendly and trustworthy demeanour.
• Prior retail or in-home sales experience (furniture, bedding, or home appliances preferred).
• Comfortable explaining technical features (e.g., adjustable bed motors, mattress materials).
• Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and email.
• Good command of English (spoken & written). Mandarin is a plus for engaging with local customers.
