Job Summary

Manage cost estimation and tender submissions for construction projects, ensuring accurate evaluation of subcontractors’ quotations and maintaining comprehensive project documentation.

Responsibilities

• Collect and evaluate subcontractors’ quotations and variation order works to ensure accurate cost assessment
• Justify estimates in subcontractors’ quotations and variation order works to support budget accuracy
• Perform cost planning, estimation, and measurement to control project expenses effectively
• Maintain detailed records of all cost submissions for audit and review purposes
• Prepare progress reports and submit progress claims to clients to track project financial status
• Conduct tender estimation and submission to secure project contracts competitively
• Identify and resolve issues with consultants to maintain project progress and compliance
• Maintain comprehensive project documentation to support project management and reporting

Required competencies and certifications

• Possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, or Professional Degree in Engineering (Civil) or equivalent
