Job Purpose

We are seekinga dynamic, high-energy, and bubbly Customer Relations Officer to join ourproject team. In this role, you will serve as the friendly face and primarypoint of contact for our clients across various construction project sites.This entry-level position is perfect for fresh diploma graduates who loveinteracting with people, possess a vibrant personality, and excel at building warm, positive relationships.

KeyResponsibilities

• Handle enquiries and feedback pertaining to the project, to work closely with the relevant parities such as contractors, consultants and authorities etc. and take proactive actions.
• Provide exceptional customer service by promptly and professionally responding to customer inquiries through various channels such as phone, email, or in-person interactions.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with contractors, customers, vendors & stakeholders to understand their preferences, requirements, and feedback.
• Communicate effectively and professionally with contractors, customers, vendors, stakeholders, colleagues, and other departments within the organization
• Provide administrative support assistance and other ad-hoc jobs if required

JobRequirements

• Education: Open to Fresh Graduates holding a Diploma from a local education institution in Building Construction, Project Management, Business Administration or a related discipline.
• Communication Skills: Good communication and interpersonalskills, with a customer-focused mindset.
• Personality Traits: Bubbly, highly active, outgoing, and deeply passionate about working closely with people.
• Computer Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office applications to support administrative tasks
