Senior HR Manager

Our client is a prestigious global luxury fashion brand seeking a commercially astute Senior HR Manager to lead the HR agenda across Southeast Asia and Oceania.

The Role

• Partner with senior business leaders across Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, Australia and New Zealand to deliver strategic HR initiatives.
• Lead workforce planning, organizational design, talent management and succession planning.
• Oversee talent acquisition, performance management, employee engagement and retention.
• Provide senior-level guidance on employee relations, HR policies and employment matters.
• Drive compensation, benefits and HR budgeting initiatives.
• Support regional HR projects, transformation and change management.
• Lead, coach and develop the local HR team.

About You

• 10–12+ years of progressive HR experience, ideally within luxury, fashion, retail or a regional organisation.
• Strong HR business partnering experience with senior stakeholders.
• Solid knowledge of employment practices across Singapore, Malaysia and Thailand; Australia exposure is advantageous.
• Strong experience in talent management, employee relations and organisational development.
• Commercially minded with excellent influencing and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong leadership, communication and coaching capabilities.
• Degree in HR, Business or a related discipline.
• Experience with Workday or other HRIS platforms is an advantage.
