Field Coach

Our client is a leading global luxury jewellery brand seeking an experienced Field Coach to join its Singapore team.

Key Responsibilities

• Coach and develop retail teams to deliver exceptional client experiences.
• Partner with Store Leaders to identify performance gaps and implement coaching plans.
• Observe sales-floor interactions and provide constructive feedback.
• Plan and facilitate training, onboarding and learning initiatives.
• Track coaching progress and measure impact on commercial performance.
• Support leadership development and foster a strong coaching culture.

Requirements

• Experience in luxury or premium retail, preferably in a coaching, training or leadership role.
• Strong coaching, facilitation and communication skills.
• Commercially minded with a passion for developing people.
• Confident, inspiring and able to influence multiple stakeholders.
