Veterinary Practice Manager / Head Technician

Our clinic offers both general consultations and a wide range of surgeries. Do you think you have what it takes to be an outstanding veterinary practice manager?

As a Veterinary Practice Manager, you would be expected to carry out the following duties including but not limited to:

· Manage business operation of the clinic

· Oversee surgical preparation and anesthetic monitoring

· Overseas and assist veterinarian all surgical and dental procedures

· Manage and train the team of veterinary technicians / nurses

· Assist in triaging of emergency cases

· Resolve escalated customer complaints and ensure a welcoming clinic environment

· Manage and ensure proper inventory for the clinic

The ideal candidate should possess the following:

· Diploma or degree holder with relevant qualifications in veterinary care

· Minimum 3 years as a Vet Senior Technician / Nurse

You will be required to work up to 5 days per week (inclusive of one weekend).
