Accounts Assistant

We are hiring an Accounts Assistant to join our team!

Job Scope

• Process customer purchase orders and prepare sales orders

• Prepare picking lists for warehouse packing and delivery

• Generate and post sales invoices

• Prepare credit notes for returns or adjustments

• Handle stock transfers between branches

• Update and check retail sales documents

• Record inventory write-offs and disposals

• Support stock count exercises when needed

• Liaise with sales and warehouse teams

• Assist with general admin and accounting duties

Requirements

• Diploma in Accounting or related field

• 2–3 years of relevant working experience

• Basic accounting knowledge

• Careful, organised, and responsible

• Able to work well in a team

• Comfortable using computer systems and Microsoft Office
