Job Summary

Join a fast-paced, dynamic team as a Service Crew member, delivering excellent food and beverage service while maintaining cleanliness and engaging positively with guests.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with team members to deliver smooth and efficient service that meets customer service standards consistently
• Demonstrate complete knowledge of all beverage items on the menu to assist and inform guests
• Take accurate food and beverage orders and serve them promptly to guests
• Engage with guests by suggesting and introducing new menu items to enhance their dining experience
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the work area to ensure a safe and pleasant environment

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Positive learning attitude and self-motivation to adapt in a fast-paced environment
• Strong interpersonal skills to interact effectively with guests and team members
