Job Summary

Join MRETTY CUSTOM FURNITURE as a Sales professional to drive sales growth and build strong customer relationships through lead generation, contract negotiation, and collaboration with marketing teams.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and generate new leads to expand the customer base and increase sales opportunities
• Deliver exceptional customer service by assessing client needs and providing tailored furniture solutions
• Negotiate and close sales contracts ensuring profitability and alignment with company goals
• Maintain detailed sales records and report accurately on sales activities and outcomes
• Collaborate with marketing and promotional teams to support campaigns and enhance brand presence
• Monitor industry trends and competitor offerings to inform sales strategies and maintain competitive advantage

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in business development or sales, preferably within the furniture or interior design industry
• Proven ability to identify, qualify, and close new business opportunities successfully
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills to engage effectively with C-suite executives and senior decision-makers
• Analytical and problem-solving skills to interpret client needs and develop customized solutions
• Motivation, goal orientation, and resilience to drive sustained business growth
• Familiarity with the City Hall Central District market and existing relationships with high-end interior design firms
