Located in the heart of Orchard Road, Singapore at Killiney Road, Bread, Beer and Brez’n (BB&B) is an authentic beer garden celebrated for its extensive selection of premium German beers, breads, wines, and culinary specialties. As we expand our operations, we are seeking friendly, motivated, and ambitious professionals to join our dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities

• Guest Experience: Deliver exceptional, go-the-extra-mile service by engaging with customers in a warm and professional manner. Project a positive brand image, uphold the company's service vision, and proactively resolve any service challenges.
• Operational Excellence: Execute daily operations to the highest standards. This includes thorough mise en place preparation, managing counter and take-away services, and continuously cultivating a productive and innovative mindset to improve workflows.
• Team Collaboration: Maintain seamless communication and a strong partnership with the kitchen team to ensure accurate order fulfillment, timely food delivery, and a smooth, clean operating environment.
• Order & Payment Processing: Accurately take customer orders, present bills, process payments, and handle cash transactions with strict attention to detail.
• Health, Safety, & Environment: Maintain a clean, organized food and beverage production and service area. Strictly adhere to all health and safety regulations while ensuring the overall security and well-being of guests.
• Problem Solving: Address operational issues decisively and efficiently, making sound decisions to minimize disruptions during service.

• Accuracy & Efficiency: Highly detail-oriented with the ability to execute tasks—such as order taking, billing, and food delivery—promptly and accurately in a fast-paced environment.
