Sales Manager (Automotive)

Overview:

• We are looking for an experienced Automotive Sales Manager to lead a sales team, drive sales performance and ensure a high standard of customer service.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve sales targets.
• Monitor individual and team performance and provide regular coaching.
• Drive sales activities, lead generation and customer conversion.
• Support negotiations and closing of sales when required.
• Oversee day-to-day sales and showroom operations.
• Handle customer feedback and escalations.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
• Prepare sales forecasts and performance reports.
• Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth sales and vehicle delivery processes.

Requirements:

• At least 5 years of automotive sales experience.
• Prior experience leading or managing a sales team.
• Proven track record in achieving sales targets.
• Good knowledge of automotive retail sales processes.
• Strong leadership, communication and negotiation skills.
• Customer-focused and results-oriented.
