Credit Collections Executive | Auto Loans

Core Responsibilities:

• Manage a portfolio of customer accounts and follow up on outstanding payments

• Contact customers to negotiate repayment arrangements and resolve account-related matters professionally

• Process collections, payments, refunds, account adjustments, and GIRO applications accurately

• Prepare collection notices, full settlement quotations, vehicle release letters, and related documentation

• Coordinate with internal teams, dealers, and external stakeholders to ensure smooth account resolution

• Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with company SOPs and regulatory requirements

• Support administrative duties, process improvements, and other ad hoc assignments as required

Job Requirements:

• Minimum O Level with at least 1 year of relevant experience in a similar role

• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

• Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel)

• Detail-oriented, organised, and able to manage multiple priorities

• A team player with integrity, professionalism, and good emotional intelligence
