1. Receives training and performs duties revolving client services, sales and development, investments, legal and estate planning

1. Client Services / Sales / Business Development

a. Receive training and exposure in client servicing role – individual & corporations (B2B & B2C)

b. Set performance goals and objectives with upper management

c. Travel to different offices to /locations

d. Observe experienced workers to acquire knowledge of procedures, and standards required for relevant duties

e. Participate in meetings, seminars, and other learning opportunities

f. Review individual’s financial portfolio and provide financial solutions

g. Review and analyze corporate strategies

h. Manage presentations on individual basis, and corporate basis

i. Business development strategies for both individual & corporate

1. Investment Operations

a. Understand the investment market/economic outlook

b. Receive training on the various investment strategies and tools

c. Review investment trends, and market ratios

d. Provide analysis on investment decisions

3. Legal & Estate Planning

a. Conduct client interviews to assess assets, family dynamics, tax situation and goals

b. Develop customized estate plans (wills, revocable/irrevocable trusts, life insurance trusts, charitable vehicles)

c. Coordinate with tax, legal and financial professionals to optimize estate, gift and inheritance tax outcomes

d. Recommend and implement wealth-transfer strategies (lifetime gifting, trust funding, marital trusts, generation-skipping)

e. Advise on succession planning for business owners, including buy-sell agreements and family governance

f. Maintain accurate client records and ensure confidentiality and regulatory compliments
