Safety Officer

Key responsibilities

• Implement and monitor workplace safety and health procedures at project sites.

• Conduct regular site safety inspections and identify potential hazards.

• Ensure compliance with MOM, WSH regulations and company safety policies.

• Conduct safety briefings, toolbox meetings and arrange safety inductions course for sites.

• Investigate incidents/accidents and prepare the necessary reports.

• Monitor workers' compliance with PPE and safe work practices.

• Coordinate with project teams, subcontractors and relevant authorities on safety matters.

• Maintain proper safety documentation and records.

About you

• Relevant experience in the construction industry is preferred.

• Knowledge of Singapore WSH regulations and construction site safety requirements.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Able to work independently and conduct regular site inspections.

• Responsible, proactive and safety-conscious.
