Description
- Data entry and filing of documents
- Monitoring accounts payable transactions
- Monitoring payment to vendors/suppliers in accordance with credit terms
- Generating weekly/monthly accounts payable reports
- Perform accounting-related duties
- Handling petty cash
- Perform ad-hoc duties assigned by immediate superior
Requirements
- Basic accounting knowledge
- Detailed orientated
- Basic computer knowledge
- Possess good communication and interpersonal skills
- Positive attitude and a team player
- Able to commence work on a short notice will be an added advantage
