About this job
Job Description & Requirements:
- Prepare the Bill of Materials (BOM) based on approved drawings.
- Coordinate with the Client Engineer or Hiap Seng representative for material procurement requests.
- Upon receipt of the Purchase Order (PO), arrange for the collection of materials from the Client’s warehouse.
- Update the material details in the relevant summary file, submit copies of the Mill Certificates to in house QA/QC, and arrange for the required inspection.
- Upon completion of the QA/QC inspection, release and issue the materials to the fabrication team.
- Maintain the material storage area in good housekeeping condition and ensure proper and accurate material records are maintained.
- Must be willing to work at Pulau Bukom, Singapore
