Accounts Clerk (Data Entry) - 6 months renewable contract

Job Description:

• Organise, maintain, manage finance-related documents and records for easy retrieval and proper filing
• Perform data entry of invoices into the accounting system accurately and promptly
• Verify and ensure completeness of supporting documents before processing
• Assist with basic accounting and administrative duties as assigned
• Liaise with internal stakeholders regarding documentation and invoice-related matters
• Perform any other ad-hoc assignments and duties as assigned by the supervisor

Job Requirements:

• Minimum GCE 'O' Level or equivalent qualification
• Prior experience in data entry, accounts, or administrative work will be an advantage.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel
• Meticulous and detail-oreinted
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision
• Good communication and interpersonal skills

Other information:

• 5 days work week
