Recovery & Client Support Officer -Contract Role

We are inviting high calibre candidates to join us to meet our rapid growth in Southeast Asia.

Job Responsibilities:

• Engage with corporate clients to recover overdue commercial debts.

• Negotiate repayment plans with debtors in Thailand and rest of the countries in Southeast Asia.
• Handle customer enquiries and provide timely updates on case progress.
• Log collection activities and maintain accurate records using our in-house systems.
• Support the team with collection and administrative tasks, contributing to a collaborative and high- performing environment.

JobRequirements:

• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Detail-oriented with good organizational habits
• Comfortable working with digital tools and systems
• A team player with a proactive mindset
• Thai speaking is preferred
• Singaporean or PR only
