Part Time Packer

Job Description

• Pack fresh, chilled and frozen food products according to production requirements and customer specifications.
• Weigh and portion food products accurately according to the required product specifications.
• Ensure products are properly packed, sealed and presented before transferring them to the designated storage area.
• Operate basic packing equipment and machinery safely and correctly.
• Assist with vacuum packing, sealing and other packing processes where required.
• Follow daily production plans and complete assigned packing tasks within the required timeline.
• Assist the Production team with other food processing activities when required.

Job Requirements

• Previous experience in food production, food packing, meat processing or a related environment is an advantage.
• Food Safety & Hygiene certification is preferred.
• Able to understand and follow simple English instructions and SOPs.
• Good attention to detail and accuracy.
• Able to work in a fast-paced production environment.
• Physically fit and able to stand for prolonged periods.
• Able to lift and carry products/materials of approximately 10 kg.
• Comfortable working in chilled/cold-room environments.
• Willing to handle raw food products, including meat.
• Able to commit two months till Mid of November
