Warehouse Assistant

Job Description :

· Maintain receipts, records, and outbound slips .

· Receive unload and shelve supplies.

· Perform other stock-related duties, including returning, packing, picking , pricing, scanning and labeling supplies.

· Inspect deliveries for damage or discrepancies and report those to accounting for reimbursements and record-keeping.

·Perform Stock Taking and Stock Cycle Count

· Track, record & ensure stock storage and stock movement within all Warehouses using Warehouse Management System

· Operate forklifts , reach trucks and VNA trucks .

· Ensure adequate record keeping and manage all documentation to confirm proper stock levels and maintain inventory control.

· Organize and maintain the store room to ensure it is clean and orderly

· Comply with all regulations and oversee warehousing and storage requirements.

Job Requirements:

· Basic computer skills and familiarity with inventory management software.

· Proven experience as a Storekeeper or in a similar role, preferably in a warehouse or cold room environment (-18°C to -25°C).

· Must not have a fear of heights.

· Able to lift heavy objects and perform physically demanding tasks.

· Willing to work overtime and weekends when required by business needs.

· Able to work rotating shifts, including night shifts.
