Job Summary

Join our physiotherapy clinic as a Part-Time Clinic Assistant to support patient care through registration, scheduling, enquiries, clinic upkeep, and assisting physiotherapists with administrative tasks.

Responsibilities

• Assist patients with registration and schedule appointments to ensure smooth clinic operations
• Respond to phone and WhatsApp enquiries promptly to provide accurate information and support
• Maintain cleanliness and organise the clinic environment to promote a safe and welcoming space
• Prepare treatment areas and set up simple equipment to support physiotherapy sessions
• Perform basic administrative tasks to assist physiotherapists and support clinic workflow

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Demonstrate a friendly, polite, and patient-oriented attitude to enhance patient experience
• Show responsibility and punctuality to maintain reliable clinic support
• Communicate effectively with local clients to facilitate clear interactions
• Use basic computer skills to manage WhatsApp and simple administrative duties
• No prior experience required; willingness to learn and adapt is valued

Working Hours:

• Part-time (Monday and Friday evenings; Saturday morning)
