English Tutor

We are seeking a dedicated full-time English Teacher to deliver quality lessons, design tailored plans, prepare students for exams, and assess performance to support student success in Primary and Secondary education.

Responsibilities

Deliver high-quality English lessons to Primary and Secondary students to enhance language proficiency

Design engaging lesson plans that address diverse learning needs and styles

Prepare students effectively for school and national examinations including PSLE, GCE O-Level, and GCE A-Level

Assess students’ performance regularly and provide personalised guidance to improve learning outcomes

Collaborate with colleagues to uphold and improve teaching standards within the team

Required competencies and certifications

Demonstrate strong command of spoken and written English to communicate concepts clearly

Apply knowledge of the Singapore MOE English syllabus and national examination requirements to teaching practice

Possess a Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in a relevant field

Have a minimum of 1 year teaching experience in Singapore

Preferred competencies and qualifications

Exhibit passion for education and student development to foster a positive learning environment

Display excellent interpersonal and organisational skills to manage classroom and administrative tasks efficiently

Maintain a basic understanding and communication ability in Mandarin to support student interactions
