Immigration & Relocation Consultant

Key Responsibilities

1. Policy & Market Research: Stay up to date with global immigration policies and regulations, including the latest programmes, eligibility criteria, and application requirements of major immigration destinations.

2. Client Consultation & Sales Conversion: Follow up with prospective clients, understand their immigration needs and objectives, arrange consultations/meetings, and drive the conversion of qualified prospects into clients.

3. Solution Design: Develop and recommend tailored immigration and relocation solutions based on clients’ individual circumstances, family profiles, financial considerations, and long-term objectives.

4. Pre-Application Guidance: Guide clients through the pre-application preparation process, including document collection, verification, and other necessary arrangements.

5. Case & Stakeholder Management: Monitor and follow up on client application progress post-engagement, coordinate with internal teams and external professionals where required, and ensure timely updates to clients.

6. Client Relationship & Service Excellence: Maintain professional and effective communication throughout the service cycle, address client enquiries promptly, and ensure high standards of client satisfaction.

7. Continuous Learning: Continuously enhance knowledge of international immigration programmes, market trends, and regulatory updates to deliver high-quality advisory services.

Requirements

1. Education: Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, International Business, Law, or a related discipline.

2. Experience: At least 2 years of relevant experience in immigration consultancy, overseas relocation, international education consultancy, or related client advisory roles.

3. Domain Knowledge & Learning Agility: Strong interest in global immigration matters, with the drive to continuously learn and stay updated on evolving policy changes.

4. Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and client relationship management skills with a strong service-oriented mindset.

5. Work Ethic: Highly professional, responsible, trustworthy, and committed to delivering premium client service.

6. Problem-Solving & Clarity: Ability to analyze complex client requirements, design suitable solutions, and articulate information clearly and professionally.

7. Organizational Skills: Strong organizational and multi-tasking abilities to effectively manage multiple clients and cases simultaneously.

8. Network (Advantage): Candidates with an existing network of prospective clients or relevant business contacts will have a distinct advantage.

9. Local Expertise (Advantage): Prior experience handling Singapore Immigration, Permanent Residence (PR), Employment Pass (EP), investor migration, or family relocation is highly preferred.
