Position: Investment Manager

1. Support the CEO closely to ensure smooth operations of existing business : Management of existing VCC fund, establish new funds
2. Support the CEO closely in engaging with strategic business partners and potential investors
3. Lead and support business development activities
4. Attend meetings and events with CEO when necessary and take meeting notes to prepare reports or powerpoint presentation where required
5. Conduct fundamental investment analysis of country, sector or due diligence on specific projects, deals, companies to facilitate investment making decisions and conduct KYC on stakeholders when necessary
6. Compile relevant information from governmental agencies or conduct research on publicly available sources
7. Work with corporate secretaries, fund administrators, tax agents, auditors, compliance consultant and other corporate support service providers
8. Minimum 6 years of investment management work experience
9. Qualified to be certified by MAS to be appointed as a professional representative & relevant investment professional of the company
10. Assist the CEO on an ad-hoc basis for specific projects
11. CFA / CAIA certifications are preferred
12. Analytical, innovative, self-motivated, resourceful and able to think out of the box
