Sales Support Executive

About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented SalesSupport Executive to join our growing freight forwarding team. This roleplays a key part in supporting the sales and operations teams by ensuringtimely quotations, smooth shipment coordination, and excellent customerservice.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide administrative and operational support to the Sales team, including preparing quotations, pricing proposals, and cost calculations.
• Coordinate with operations, shipping lines, airlines, overseas agents, and vendors to secure competitive freight rates and ensure smooth shipment execution.
• Respond to customer enquiries, rate requests, and shipment updates while maintaining excellent customer service.
• Ensure timely submission and proper filing of quotations, and support the preparation of RFQs and tenders for key accounts.
• Ensure sales documentation complies with company policies and procedures.
• Perform other administrative duties assigned by Management.

· Provide weekly and monthly report assigned by management.

• Any other duties assigned by Management.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain, or related discipline.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in freight forwarding, logistics, or a sales support role.
• Knowledge of sea freight and/or air freight operations will be an advantage.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organisational skills with attention to detail.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Able to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
