Job Overview

Our client is seeking an organised and service-oriented Operations Executive to support an upcoming large-scale themed exhibition in Singapore.

You will be involved in pre-opening preparations, frontline staff training, administrative coordination and daily exhibition operations. Working closely with the Operations Manager and relevant stakeholders, you will help ensure smooth operations and a positive visitor experience throughout the exhibition.

Responsibilities

  • Support pre-opening preparations and daily exhibition operations.
  • Prepare and update SOPs, training materials, briefing slides and operational checklists.
  • Coordinate frontline staff onboarding, training schedules, attendance and deployment.
  • Assist with staff briefings, rehearsals and site familiarisation.
  • Monitor visitor flow, queues and admission procedures.
  • Attend to visitor enquiries and feedback, and escalate incidents when necessary.
  • Coordinate with security, ticketing, facilities, housekeeping, vendors and other stakeholders.
  • Maintain operational records and prepare daily updates, incident reports and feedback summaries.
  • Assist with staff rosters, meeting coordination and general administration.
  • Support post-event reporting and exhibition closure activities.

Requirements

  • At least one year of experience in customer service, administration, events, hospitality, attractions or a related area.
  • Organised, service-oriented and attentive to detail.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Able to prepare simple training materials, presentations and operational documents.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, visitor-facing environment.
  • Willing to work rotating shifts, weekends and public holidays.
  • Interest in arts, animation or themed exhibitions.
