Senior Creative Designer

We're looking for a Senior Creative Designer to join our team! 🎨

We're looking for a passionate and experienced creative who loves turning ideas into impactful campaigns. If you enjoy solving creative challenges, taking ownership of projects, and collaborating with a talented team, we'd love to meet you.

What you'll be doing:

• Conceptualise and develop creative campaigns from idea to execution.

• Design compelling visuals across print, digital, social media, and interactive platforms.

• Lead the creative direction of assigned projects while working closely with the Creative Director and wider team.

• Produce high-quality marketing collateral, social media content, branding, and campaign assets.

• Prepare artwork for production and ensure quality across all deliverables.

• Work collaboratively with our Singapore and remote creative teams to deliver projects on time.

• Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute fresh, strategic ideas.

• Oversee and maintain design consistency across multiple brands and campaigns.

• Motion graphics, animation, video editing, or experience supporting photo and video shoots will be a strong advantage.

We're looking for someone who:

• Has at least 2 years of experience in a creative, marketing, advertising, or design agency environment.

• Has a strong portfolio showcasing conceptual thinking and high-quality design execution.

• Is proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign). Experience with After Effects, Premiere Pro or Figma is a bonus.

• Has excellent conceptual and visual communication skills.

• Can work independently while also collaborating effectively within a team.

• Is proactive, resourceful, and takes ownership of their work.

• Has strong time management skills and can manage multiple projects simultaneously.

• Pays close attention to detail and maintains high creative standards.

• Has a positive, "Let's Do This!" attitude and a genuine passion for great design.
