SECURITY SUPERVISOR

Job Description:

• Supervise and lead a team of Security Officers to ensure the smooth operation of daily security activities
• Plan work schedules and deploy security personnel according to operational requirement
• Ensure security duties are carried out in accordance with site Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and company policies
• Conduct regular inspections and patrols to maintain a safe and secure environment
• Respond to security incidents, emergencies and operational issues, and ensure appropriate follow-up actions are taken.
• Prepare and submit occurrence reports, incident reports and other required documentation
• Liaise with clients, contractors and relevant authorities on security-related matters when required
• Provide guidance, coaching and on-site support to Security Officers
• Perform other security-related duties as assigned

Job Requirements:

• Possess a valid PRD License with a minimum PWM rank of Security Supervisor
• Supervise Security Officers certified
• 1 notification available

Working Hours:

• Shift Roster: 5 days working week, off days will depend on roster
