Temporary Document Scanning Assistant

Job Summary
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Temporary Document Scanning Assistant to support our document digitization project. The successful candidate will be responsible for scanning physical documents, organizing electronic files, and preparing documents for secure shredding after verification.

Key Responsibilities

• Scan physical documents accurately and efficiently.
• Save scanned documents in designated shared folders.
• Rename and organize files according to company filing standards.
• Ensure all documents are scanned completely and clearly before shredding.
• Verify scanned files for accuracy and completeness.
• Prepare and sort documents for shredding after confirmation.
• Maintain confidentiality and security of company documents.
• Perform other administrative tasks as assigned.

Requirements

• Basic computer skills and familiarity with Windows file management.
• Experience using scanners and document management systems is an advantage.
• Ability to save, organize, and rename electronic files accurately.
• Good attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Able to handle repetitive tasks with a high level of accuracy.
• Responsible, trustworthy, and able to maintain confidentiality.

Working Hours

• Monday to Friday
• 9-6pm

Salary

• SGD 8-10 per hour, OR
• SGD 1,500-1800 per month (for full-time employment)

Contract Duration

• 2–3 months (subject to project completion)
