Key Responsibilities
- Handle full set of accounts, including general ledger, AR/AP, and bank reconciliations
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports
- Manage invoicing, collections, and payments to suppliers and subcontractors
- Monitor project costs and budgets; support project managers with cost tracking
- Process payroll and ensure compliance with CPF, IRAS, and MOM regulations
- Liaise with auditors, tax agents, and other external parties for statutory compliance
- Maintain and organize financial records for internal and audit purposes
- Assist in the preparation of financial forecasts, budgets, and cash flow analysis
- Ensure accuracy and timeliness in financial transactions and reporting
