Job Summary

Provide facial and brand-specific beauty treatments to clients while maintaining high service standards and professionalism in a luxury spa environment.

Responsibilities

• Deliver facial and brand-specific beauty treatments to meet clients’ individual needs and enhance their experience
• Achieve personal treatment completion targets, client attendance goals, and service quality standards
• Provide attentive and professional customer service to ensure client satisfaction and retention
• Maintain cleanliness, orderliness, and safety of service areas, equipment, and supplies to comply with hygiene standards
• Confidently handle beauty equipment and tools to perform treatments effectively
• Work collaboratively with team members during shifts, including weekends and public holidays, to support operational needs

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Possess professional beauty or spa service certifications such as CIBTAC, ITEC, or WSQ
• Have prior experience working as a beautician in beauty salons
• Demonstrate good manual dexterity and confidence in using beauty treatment equipment
• Exhibit a positive and professional service attitude

Other Information

• Work schedule includes shift work, weekends, and certain public holidays with 6 days off per month
• Remuneration includes attractive basic salary, service commission, performance incentives, and guaranteed commission up to 3 months
