Pest Control Operations Manager

About the Role
We are looking for an experienced and driven Pest Control Operations Manager to lead and oversee our pest management operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring service quality, regulatory compliance, and operational efficiency across all client sites, while managing a team of pest control supervisors, technicians and workers.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and oversee daily pest control operations across multiple sites
• Manage, train, and mentor a team of pest control supervisors, technicians and workers
• Ensure all operations comply with NEA (National Environment Agency) regulations and licensing requirements
• Develop and implement pest management programs (IPM) tailored to client needs
• Monitor service quality, conduct site audits, and address client feedback promptly
• Manage inventory of pesticides, equipment, and PPE, ensuring safe storage and usage
• Liaise with clients on service agreements, contract renewals, and issue resolution

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in pest control operations, with at least 2 years in a managerial role
• Valid NEA Pest Control Operator license is preferred
• Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
• Valid Class 3 driving license for frequent site visits.
