Retail Sales & Social Media Executive

OCEANOVA is a Singapore lifestyle brand located at The Centrepoint, Orchard Road. We are looking for a full-time Retail Sales & Social Media Executive to join our growing team.

Key Responsibilities:

Retail Sales & Store Operations

* Provide friendly and professional customer service

* Recommend suitable products and assist customers with purchases

* Achieve individual and store sales targets

* Handle cashiering and POS transactions

* Maintain attractive product displays and store presentation

* Assist with stock replenishment, inventory and daily store operations

Social Media & Content Creation

* Create photos and short-form videos for Instagram, TikTok and Xiaohongshu (RED)

* Film and edit Reels/TikTok-style content using a smartphone

* Support regular social media posting and account management

* Follow social media trends and propose creative content ideas

* Assist with promotions, product launches and KOL/influencer collaborations

* Engage with followers and help grow our online community

Requirements:

* Strong interest in fashion, lifestyle, retail and social media

* Friendly, confident and comfortable communicating with customers

* Comfortable creating and appearing in social media content

* Able to take good photos and videos using a smartphone

* Basic CapCut or other video editing skills

* Familiar with Instagram and TikTok

* Xiaohongshu (RED) experience is an advantage

* Good spoken and written English

* Mandarin is an advantage

* Responsible, proactive and able to work independently

* Retail, sales or social media experience preferred

* Fresh graduates with strong social media skills are welcome to apply
