About the Role

We are seeking a skilled CNC Machinist with hands-on experience in milling, turning, or autoLathe machining. The ideal candidate will be responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining CNC machines to produce precision components that meet strict quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Set up and operate CNC milling, turning, or autolathe machines.
• Interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and CAD/CAM files.
• Perform precision machining operations to meet dimensional and surface finish requirements.
• Conduct routine machine maintenance and troubleshoot issues.
• Inspect finished parts using measuring instruments (calipers, micrometers, gauges).
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and company quality procedures.
• Collaborate with engineers and production teams to optimize machining processes.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a CNC machinist in milling, turning, or autolathe machining.
• Strong knowledge of CNC programming and G-code.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings.
• Familiarity with precision measuring tools and quality inspection methods.
• Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Minimum 5 years of machining experience (adjust based on your requirement).
• Diploma/Certificate in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing, or related field preferred.
