Job Descriptions
- Assisting every guest with their luggage and belongings and maintains an orderly hotel driveway.
- Ensure that all luggage/items delivery are done in timely manner.
- Ensure seamless arrival and departure experience, that all arrivals are received with a warm welcome and fond farewell is provide for all departures.
- Maintain the tidiness and cleanliness of the bell desk.
- Arrange for any transportation request by guest.
- Build rapport with guests an ensure that they are satisfied with the overall service quality of the Hotel
- Any ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Head of Department
Requirement
- N Levels
- Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in the Hotel industry
